Yes, we can.

But when an air conditioner is not cooling, it doesn’t mean air cond lack of gases. It is only one of the possibilities can cause air cond not cooling. Air cond not cooling can be caused by faulty of PCB, sensors, capacitors, compressor, gas leaked, dirt on coil, or etc. 

Normally we will find out the root cause for you first, and inform you before proceed further. As different root cause will have different price, we are not able to provide the price before inspection.

An air con having water leaking, mostly cause by the dirty on the coil. When the dirt flow out together drain water, and it stuck in the drain pipe. So the water can’t flow out smoothly, the water will be overflow from drip pan / indoor unit.

The first things we will check whether your coil is dirty or not. If the coil is dirty we will have to do aircon servicing, use chemical to clean the coil. If the coil is very clean, we will do drain pipe purging for you.

The aircon servicing price is depend on the horsepower. Aircon servicing rate had listed above. For drain pipe purging will be RM 80. To be take note that if coil is dirty, doing drain pipe purging is only temporarily solution.

In this case, we will need to send technician to inspect and find out the root caused. Different brand with different blinking times or error code will be different issue.

Example: Midea 1.0 HP air cond blinking 7 times can be gas leaked, Panasonic blinking 7 times can be faulty of PCB, transistor, compressor.

It actually depend on the usage and environment, the dusty environment will make air cond easier to get dirty.

We recommend at least once a year to do aircon servicing.

After our inspection and price provided to you and you let us to proceed further then no charges for inspection/transportation.

Even though so if you need to take consideration first, so we will charge RM 50/unit for inspection.
